CFT1 fits for the explosive gas place (zone1,zone2) with temperature group T1-T4, also is suitable for remote illumination in ship, petroleum platform etc. The shell is cast with aluminum alloy, equipped with light source self-ballast mercury lamp and incandescent bulb. If high-voltage mercury light or metal halide lamp is needed, an explosion-proof electric box should be equipped additionally, gland is copper, screw is M27×2, fit for cable 12-14.5mm.
CFT2 fits for the illumination in ship, petroleum platform and chemical industry etc. the shell has two kinds, which are aluminum alloy, with toughened glass, finished aluminum-plate reflector, special seal gum, and protective class IP56. There are various light sources, such as high-voltage sodium lamp, metal halide lamp and high-voltage mercury lamp etc. which fit for the illumination in explosive gas places (zone1 and zone2). The gland is copper, screw is M24x1.5, fit for armored cable $14-$18mm.
This product passed the examination of national explosion-proof inspection organ and was approved by CCS (China Classification Society).
